BibleRepairs.com shows the work done to restore a German Bible from 1665. All of the old leather was removed and the wooden boards repaired and new book calf was put on before the final bright red label.
BookRestorations.com shows the process of restoring a wonderful little book from 1568. The book was completely taken apart and resewn, then new leather was put on and the title and date stamped on the spine in 23ct. gold leaf.
CustomBookbinders.ca is our site that shows the design and manufacture of the "Special Edition" of French artist Jean Claude Roy's book of photographs of his paintings of Newfoundland Canada. Each book in the "Special Edition" has an original oil painting mounted in the front cover and this limited set of 160 books make a stunning example of the kind of custom work that we have undertaken.
